Developed in collaboration with the Canadian Society of Physician Leaders (CSPL) and LEADS Global, this game-based learning activity fills the gap in the non-linear educational resources on Leadership in Healthcare. The activity broadly applies to general leadership and is designed to help physicians to practice, self-assess, and refine their leadership skills. Focusing on the first three domains of the LEADS in a Caring Environment Framework for Leadership Development; Lead Self, Engage Others and Achieve Results, the activity incorporates game-based motivators, simulated situations, and self-assessment with evidence-based feedback.

CME AccreditationMOC ProgramThis activity is an Accredited Simulation Program (Section 3) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by Royal College Continuing Professional Development Unit. You may claim a maximum of 3 hours (credits are automatically calculated). This program was co-developed by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and Canadian Society of Physician Leaders (CSPL) and LEADS Global, and was planned to achieve scientific integrity, objectivity, and balance.
