coursemerch.jpg
Developed in collaboration with the Canadian Society of Physician Leaders (CSPL) and LEADS Global, this game-based learning activity fills the gap in the non-linear educational resources on Leadership in Healthcare. The activity broadly applies to general leadership and is designed to help physicians to practice, self-assess, and refine their leadership skills. Focusing on the first three domains of the LEADS in a Caring Environment Framework for Leadership Development; Lead Self, Engage Others and Achieve Results, the activity incorporates game-based motivators, simulated situations, and self-assessment with evidence-based feedback.

Price

FREE for Fellows of the Royal College and CSPL members – vouchers are required for CSPL members for login. If you're a resident, we welcome you to sign up as a Resident Affiliate to access this course.
